Delivery Policy
We use DPD as our courier partner for next working day delivery, DHL for large products and the Royal Mail for smaller items and gift vouchers.
DPD and DHL will, if you have given us your mobile number, contact you by text to keep you up to date with your delivery.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note that some addresses take longer to deliver to, for example the far north of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Off Shore Islands.

Due to their size some products are subject to a separate delivery surcharge and take slightly longer to deliver.
